Dr. Sarah Chapelsky, MD, FRCPC, D. ABOM

Dr. Chapelsky completed medical school at the University of Calgary and general internal medicine training at the University of British Columbia. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, holds a Diploma in Counseling for Obesity Management, and she is a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Medicine at the University of Alberta. She practiced at the Edmonton Adult Bariatric Surgical Clinic (formerly Weight Wise) from 2015 – 2022. Currently, she is the Director of the Women’s Preoperative Weight Loss Clinic at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and has a community-based obesity medicine practice at C-endo in Edmonton.
