Welcome to our Conference
Canadian Obesity Weekend is a joint Conference of the Canadian Association of Bariatric Physicians and Surgeons (CABPS). And IFSO North American Chapter (IFSO-NAC). The Conference will convene on April 26-27, 2024 at Centre Mont-Royal, Montréal, Quebec. This bariatric Conference will include symposia targeting professionals with a strong interest in the treatment of obesity. Through the use of riveting, thought-provoking topics, and dynamic and engaging international and Canadian speakers, this conference is designed to hold your attention and stimulate your mind. You can’t afford to miss it.
Conference Objectives:
- Educate healthcare providers by providing an updated overview of the medical and surgical management of obesity and it’s associated conditions.
- Provide the opportunity to discuss challenging bariatric clinical cases.
- Encourage the participation of trainees through the multiple scientific sessions and promote networking opportunities.
- Provide an unique environment for educational exchange between our Canadian bariatric clinical and scientific community and our industry partners.
